I finally got a scanner after the fiasco with the first one. I’ll be posting a scan each week for the next couple of weeks/months. Some of these may surface later with drawings on them a la “Unstill Lives.”

P.S. I just ruined hours of your time with the site that this movie is on.
If you ever live in Salt Lake City, don’t go to Replicolor to get your film developed. They will process your 35 sheets of c-41 as e-6 and then say “well at least it’s free.” Some kind of karma is after me for something I have done. I’m going to the spiral jetty to ask for advice from the ghost of Robert Smithson.
I saw Lilly Mcelroy’s site a long time ago, and I just found it again today. I don’t really like too much of the work on there but there is one video that is great. It’s called “The Square-after Roberto Lopardo.” I tried to find something on Roberto Lopardo online but all I could figure out was that he is a professor at RISD. My favorite part of the video is when the girl with the forever 21 bag comes by, it’s great. At the beginning of the video a woman walks by and asks, “Why is she doin’ that? Why is she doin’ that?” A voice off-camera says, “Uuuh, it’s for an art project” Then the woman says “Oh okay.”

If you don’t already know this, use Safari instead of Firefox when looking at photos or art online. It generally makes a huge difference. Try it!
I haven’t posted on here in forever. I had this great idea that I would come back with a ton of scans from my brand new scanner. But it is lost in the mail and I am out 500 bucks. But I’ve been watching a lot of 9/11 videos on youtube so nothing that happens to me seems that important. Plus my parents feel really bad for me so they said they would help me buy a new one if UPS doesn’t reimburse me.
I had to post this though. This is the best piece of art I have seen in a long long while. It’s called ““Best…flame war ..Ever” by Eddo Stern It is freaking genius. Here.
